on apparatus

In order to takce care of your back, I use special and professional apparatus – Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, Spine Corrector, Chair for Arm work, Core Align. They will help you reclaim the comprehensive fitness and functions of your back.


on a mat

Training on a mat is the basis of the Pilates method. Excercises, which increase the awareness of your body, are focused on strengthening the deep muscles. They improve body posture and teach you the right breathing technique.
